Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
b. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, as indicated on the order confirmation.

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
c. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
d. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment
until the return is processed.
3. Exchange Process
a. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at customer.support@waldorfzurich.com within the eligible exchange period.
b. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process, provide an exchange merchandise authorization (EMA) number, and provide instructions on how to proceed.
c. You may be responsible for any price differences between the original and exchanged item(s), including any applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees.
d. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, we will provide a refund for the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will provide payment instructions for the
remaining balance.
4. Refunds
a. Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed once the returned items are received, inspected, and deemed to be in their original condition.
b. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified.
c. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Items that are marked as final sale or clearance
• Items that have been personalized, altered, or customized
6. Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item. Provide your order details and a description or images of the damage or defect.
b. We may require the damaged or defective item to be returned for inspection or request additional information to assess the situation.
